All of our New York–style chunky cookies are baked fresh to order with love and care. Our cookies are made without preservatives, ensuring a pure, fresh flavor in every bite. To maintain their quality, cookies will stay fresh for for up to 2-3 weeks when stored at room temperature in their original heat sealed packaging, 5-7 days when stored in an airtight container, and up to 1-2 months when frozen. Care instructions are always included with your order so you can enjoy them at their best.
All cookies are baked to order, so please contact us if your event is less than two weeks away. Any requested dates under two weeks will be subject to rush order fees to ensure your treats arrive on time. A minimum of 5 days is required for baking, packaging, and shipping.
We offer local pick-up and nationwide shipping, so you can treat yourself or send a sweet gift wherever you are! Please allow 5-7 business days for us to bake and prepare your order before it’s ready for pick-up or shipment. Once your order is complete, we’ll send a shipping confirmation with tracking details or pick-up instructions.
