For custom orders, it is recommend reaching out at least 2-4 weeks in advance to ensure availability. Larger or more detailed orders may require 4-6 weeks advance. Any order requested after this time frame will be subject to rush order fees.

Yes! We offer both vegan-friendly and gluten-free options for our cookies, so everyone can enjoy a sweet treat. These options are made with care to ensure they’re just as delicious and beautifully decorated as our traditional cookies.

To keep your cookies fresh, we recommend keeping them in their original heat sealed packaging. Cookies will remain fresh for 2-4 weeks. If cookies are removed from original packaging, store them in an airtight container at room temperature. They will stay fresh for up to 1-2 weeks. If you need to store them for a longer period, you can freeze them for up to 3 months – just be sure to let them come to room temperature before enjoying!
